You will find our company in the heart of Sumava, 8 km from Vimperk, Prachatice district. It continues the tradition of Šumava sawmills, which were established along watercourses as early as the 17th century. century.

In 1972, the sawmill in Buk, then called Associated Wood Production of the Vimperk Forestry Plant, began to produce wooden pallets for export to the then Germany. Production has proven to be a priority. After 1989, the original owner, Mr. Vendelín Vlk, had the opportunity to buy the timber facility, and in 1991 he founded the company Dřevo-palety-Vlk, spol. s r.o. together with his son, Ing. Vladimír Vlk. s r.o. The philosophy of the family company appealed to the next generation and continues in its footsteps to this day. 

Since 2011, the company's activities have expanded to include truck transport and forwarding services, which is a valuable contribution to improving the quality of service to our customers. Our entire team of more than a hundred employees tries to meet their requirements as much as possible.
